At this time there are literally thousands of FRESHPOPTM units working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all over the world. We have barely scratched the surface for the potential of the FRESHPOPTM unit. This new and revolutionary machine has unlimited potential.

Your FRESHPOPTM machine is manufactured with state of the art equipment. We utilize over 90,000 square feet to manufacture the FRESHPOPTM unit from start to finish. We also have an in house research and development team that are constantly looking for ways to improve our product. There is well over a 160 people involved to make your FRESHPOPTM unit. From the raw metal sheets, to the laser cutting, punch and breaks, circuit boards and wire harnesses, final assembly, test run, and in the box to you is all done under one roof.

FRESHPOPTM uses the most sophisticated manufacturing processes on the market today in every phase of manufacturing to ensure a quality consistent product.

We use 18 gauge cold roll steel in our metal work and with our fully automated robotic equipment are able to maintain an accuracy of 1/1,000 of an inch.

The use of cutting edge technology gives our customers the confidence of knowing that the product they receive will be of the highest quality possible.

The metal components are riveted together to reinforce strength and stability.

The unfinished metal pieces are put through an acid wash to thoroughly strip and prepare the metal for finishing.

Next, they are powder coated (not painted) and baked to give the product a durable and attractive finish resistant to solvents, inks, cleaning solutions, and scuffing.

During this time other components and accessories such as vinyl decals, coin mechanisms, and electronics are also being tested, manufactured, and assembled.
